Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in the Course.

By submitting your application, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms.

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set forth the conditions of enrollment and the rights and obligations related to the online courses and digital learning materials (hereinafter referred to as the “Course”) operated by Art Edu.

By enrolling in the Course, the applicant is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Article 1: Formation of the Enrollment Agreement

  • The enrollment agreement shall be deemed effective when all of the following conditions are satisfied:

  • The applicant has completed the course registration process on this website.

  • The applicant has paid the course fee using the designated payment method.

  • Art Edu has confirmed the application and accepted the enrollment.

  • Art Edu reserves the right to revoke acceptance after reviewing the payment status or other relevant circumstances. In such cases, the course fee will be fully refunded.

Article 2: Course Fees and Payment

  • The course fee shall be the amount displayed on this website at the time of purchase.

  • Payment must be made by credit card through the designated payment system.

  • Once the course fee has been successfully processed, the participant will be granted access to the digital learning materials and online course content.

Article 3: Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • A full refund will be provided within 14 days of purchase, provided that access to the digital course materials and video content has not yet begun.

  • Once access has been initiated (including video streaming or downloading course materials), refunds cannot be issued due to the nature of digital products.

  • If you experience technical issues or believe you have been charged in error (such as duplicate payments), please contact our support team. We will review the situation and respond appropriately.

Article 4: Course Content and Technical Requirements

  1. All course content is provided exclusively online.
    No in-person instruction or physical shipment of materials will be provided.

  2. Participants are responsible for securing their own internet connection and any devices required to access the Course. Art Edu is not responsible for any issues arising from the participant’s internet connection or technical environment.

  3. Recording, copying, reproducing, distributing, or sharing any course content is strictly prohibited.

  4. Participants may not share their login credentials with any third party. Access to the Course is limited to the registered purchaser only.

Article 5: Intellectual Property

All texts, images, videos, and other materials provided in this Course (collectively referred to as the “Course Materials”) are the intellectual property of Art Edu.

Participants may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, or otherwise use the Course Materials without prior written permission from Art Edu.

Article 6: Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • Art Edu makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the Course content.

  • Art Edu shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the participant’s internet environment, technical issues, or user errors.

  • Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by Art Edu, the maximum liability of Art Edu for any damages shall be limited to the amount of the course fee paid by the participant.

Article 7: Prohibited Activities

Participants are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

  • Recording, copying, reproducing, or sharing any part of the Course content

  • Sharing or transferring login credentials to any third party

  • Harassment, abusive behavior, or defamatory actions toward Art Edu or other participants

  • Redistributing the Course content to third parties without authorization

 

Article 8: Modification of the Terms

Art Edu reserves the right to modify these Terms as necessary.
Any revisions will become effective upon being posted on this website.

Article 9: Suspension or Termination of Access

Art Edu reserves the right to suspend or terminate a participant’s access to the Course if the participant violates these Terms or engages in activities deemed inappropriate by Art Edu.

In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

Article 10: Service Availability

Art Edu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Course or any part of the service at any time due to maintenance, technical issues, or other operational reasons.

Art Edu shall not be liable for any inconvenience or damages resulting from such changes.

Article 11: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Course shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
